Remote Renovation Design
For women ready for a clear renovation plan — no matter where they live.
This is full renovation design delivered remotely:
layout refinement, flow improvement, lighting strategy, cabinetry design, material selections, and a complete plan your contractor can build from.
You get structure.
You get direction.
You get decisions that feel grounded and cohesive.
Because your home deserves a plan that works.
In-Person Projects
For outdated New England homes ready for meaningful change.
I redesign kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and living spaces using a design-build approach that blends function, feeling, and flow — so your home finally supports your daily routines.
We start with layout.
We consider light.
We design for real life.
And we carry it through with clarity from concept to construction.
Contractor & Builder Collaboration
Design-Build Partnership
For builders who value thoughtful planning and elevated execution.
I collaborate with contractors across New England to provide clear layouts, cabinetry design, lighting plans, finish selections, and construction-ready documentation.
Every decision is made with buildability, budget alignment, and daily function in mind.
It’s a structured, organized process that protects the integrity of the build — and the experience of the homeowner.
May 2026 – 1 bathroom or mudroom renovation
June 2026 – 1 bathroom and 1 laundry room project
July 2026 – 1 kitchen or larger-scale / multi-space renovation
August 2026 and beyond – Now scheduling
These dates reflect the start of the design process. Construction timelines are scheduled separately and are subject to contractor availability, which is often booked 12–24 months in advance.
Beginning design early ensures your layout, materials, and scope are fully resolved before construction begins.
Thinking about a renovation for 2026? Currently booking renovation design projects starting in May.
Meet Bienvenue & Co.
I’m Meridith — a designer, mom of three, and someone who genuinely cannot relax in a house that doesn’t function.
Bienvenue & Co. is my renovation-focused design studio. I specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and living spaces that look fine… but don’t actually work.
I work with people who are tired of decision fatigue and just want their home to make sense — without giving up personality, warmth, or that “hell yes” feeling when the right tile shows up.
I’m not here to sell you perfection. I’m here to help you make smart, confident renovation decisions that fit your life, your budget, and your weird little hallway that was clearly added during a questionable remodel in 1986.
I believe in hardworking spaces. Vintage charm. A healthy amount of beige. Thoughtful details. And just the right amount of “screw it, let’s paint it black.”
If the layout is wrong, nothing else matters.
If it works, everything feels better.
Why Work With Us?
Because you want a space that works hard, looks great, and actually feels like home.
Because you’re done second-guessing every tile, light, and cabinet pull.
Because you want someone who understands budgets and beauty.
Because you’re craving calm, not chaos.
Because you’re ready to undo whatever happened in this house sometime between 1983 and no one knows when.
Real Estate Investments
In addition to full-service renovation design, Bienvenue & Co. actively acquires and restores neglected New England homes.
These are often the houses you drive by and quietly wonder about — properties with history and strong bones that have been poorly altered, long ignored, or simply left without direction.
Our work focuses on preserving what’s worth keeping and correcting what no longer works. We repair structural issues, rethink dysfunctional layouts, and restore integrity, warmth, and usefulness to homes that deserve another chapter.
Each project is grounded in renovation expertise, long-term value, and a genuine investment in the communities we’re part of.
