At Bienvenue & Co, everything we create — from design services to physical goods — is handled with care, attention, and intention. Because of the custom and small-batch nature of our work, all sales are final.

Processing & Delivery
• Physical Products: Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Many items are made to order, which may extend processing times during busier periods.
• Digital Deliverables & Design Services: Files and design materials are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or through your client portal, following the project timeline outlined in your agreement.
• We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Bienvenue & Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll gladly provide any documentation needed to assist with that process.

Order Issues or Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email meridith@bienvenueco.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your message and do our best to make it right.
Please note that natural variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade or small-batch process and do not qualify as defects.

No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. This includes:
• Virtual Design Consultations and Packages
• Digital Design Deliverables
• Custom Design Work
• Prints, Artwork, and Home Goods

Rescheduling or Cancellations (for Services)
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
